Control what leaves your device
SchedAI is designed to work locally first. These choices explain how to keep optional services off or review them again later.
Hosted AI improve
Hosted AI improve is on by default for the Improve feature. SchedAI explains what task data may be sent to SchedAI's hosted parser and OpenAI, and you can turn this back off later in the app's Settings under Privacy & Support.
Calendar access
Calendar sync can stay off. If you enable it, SchedAI may read busy times from readable calendars and write planned tasks into the calendar destination you choose, including a Google calendar already connected to iOS Calendar.
Voice planning
Voice planning needs both Speech Recognition and Microphone permission. If you never start voice planning, those permissions are not needed.
Reminders
Reminders are optional. If they are off, SchedAI does not schedule local task alerts.
