Quick answers
Calendar sync is optional and can be turned on from Settings. Reminders are optional too. Voice planning needs Microphone and Speech Recognition permission before it can work. Hosted AI improve is on by default for Improve and can be turned off later in Settings.
Privacy choices
You can review hosted AI, calendar, reminder, and voice choices in the app's Privacy & Support settings or on the privacy choices page.
App Store download questions
SchedAI is available on the App Store at apps.apple.com/us/app/schedai/id6777319679. If the download page is not opening for you, email schedaisupport@gmail.com and we can help.
If Calendar sync is not working
Open Settings in the app and confirm Calendar sync is enabled. If needed, check iPhone Settings and confirm SchedAI has Calendar access.
If reminders are not showing up
Confirm reminders are enabled in the app and that SchedAI has notification permission on your device. You may also want to check that your tasks have scheduled start times.
If voice planning is not available
SchedAI needs both Speech Recognition and Microphone access for voice planning. If either permission is denied, the voice flow will not start.
